Online Cleaning: CHEM NET EM
It also led to a strong relationship with international associates for on line cleaning technology and products especially in the refining and power generation sectors. Subsequently to develop our own product, manufactured in India.
Pioneers
We are proud to be the pioneers in India, to introduce fuel additives to improve engine performance, for branded fuels and for cleaning of fouled fireside heat transfer surfaces, on line, that is, without a shutdown of the boiler or furnace.
We are very satisfied as pioneers that both fuel additives and online cleaning as technologies have now been widely accepted as valuable and relevant.
Contribution to improve efficiency, reduce pollution
Our focus on high technology energy conservation products has also made a significant impact on pollution reduction both green house gases causing global warming and harmful pollutants affecting human health and life. Over the years we have sold over 10 million litres of products , have generated fuel savings for over 600 million tonnes and have contributed to reduction in emission of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas by over 2 billion tonnes.
Tube Inserts, Dense Loading of Catalysts
We have added a range of products and technologies such as tube inserts in heat exchangers, infrared thermography based technical audit for furnaces and boilers, a unique patented method for dense loading of catalyst in reactors etc.
Manufacture: CHEM NET EM and Diesel Lubricity Additive
We have also commenced manufacture of diesel lubricity additive mandatorily required to be used in ultra low sulphur diesel (10 ppm max) and our own online cleaning chemical
CHEM NET EM.
